A monthly one hour Zoom class focussed on making the most of the food that's around us at the time. Expect Fruit and Flower Syrups, Fermenting Basics, Pickles, Quick Jams and Compotes, Infused Vinegars and Spirits and any other produce that is available - then going where the seasons take us
Every third Thursday of the month at 7pm.
Our next class is this Thursday, August 21st at 7pm and we will be looking at more 'Mediterranean veg including tomatoes (and preserving them), peppers and aubergines.
