A monthly one hour Zoom class focussed on making the most of the food that's around us at the time.  Next class this Thursday, May 20th at 7pm.
Expect Fruit and Flower Syrups, Fermenting Basics, Pickles, Quick Jams and Compotes, Infused Vinegars and Spirits and any other produce that is available - then going where the seasons take us

Every month we talk you through

  • what’s in season for the next few weeks - with some ideas on what to do with them
  • how to make at least one seasonal recipe (we’ll be talking elderflower cordial and liqueur in May)
  • answer any seasonal food questions you have

A great way to start or build on your seasonal eating habit - and making the most of what we have locally. Pictured is chive vinegar from last years pickings.

Every third Thursday of the month at 7pm.  April 15th, May 20th, June 17th...

Book for an individual class or subscribe monthly with no commitment.
