Wasted Kitchen Pistachio Dukkah

Wasted Kitchen Pistachio Dukkah.  Our house blend of spices based on Claudia Roden's classic recipe - including cumin and coriander - sesame seeds and plenty of Pistachios.  All roasted and then gently ground.  Pimp your hummus or cream cheese - sprinkle on kebabs and salad. 

Not local or seasonal but a great use of our lovely dry goods and because I became addicted to it when I was in New Zealand and when I came back I couldn't find a decent source of it locally so thought I'd solve the problem!
