🍐 Pear, Bean & Pickled Ginger SaladCrisp pear, tender beans and ribbons of pickled ginger tossed in sesame and a light soy dressing. A refreshing, zingy start to your feast with just the right balance of sweet and sharp.
🍛 Summer Veg Katsu CurrySeasonal vegetables served with our signature rich and velvety katsu-style curry sauce. Fragrant, comforting, and packed with seasonal goodness.
🍚 Jasmine RiceLight, fluffy jasmine rice – the perfect soak-up-every-drop base for that warming katsu sauce.
🍰 Gooseberry Cheesecake – Japanese StyleA soufflé-style, feather-light cheesecake topped with tart-sweet Kent gooseberries. Silky, summery and just a little bit magical.
This menu will be made with dairy-free and gluten-free ingredients except for the cheesecake.
