On March 21st we are heading to India for our take on some classic, aromatic dishes.  

On the Menu:

  • Kitchen JalfreziA wasted kitchen take on a traditional Jalfrezi
  • Lemon Dhal: Light & comforting, made with red lentils & fresh lemons
  • Turmeric rice:  a fragrant and vibrant dish with a golden colour and a subtle earthy flavour
  • Raita Dressed chunky wonky cucumber: the natural sweetness and crunch of the cucumbers contrast beautifully with the tangy, spiced yogurt dressing

Our menus are always inspired by the best surplus, seasonal, and pantry ingredients available that week, ensuring every meal is fresh and sustainable.

Order by Thursday for Friday’s Feast, packed in home-compostable cardboard, ready to heat or store for later. Available for 2, 4, 6, or more.

Collection from 2.45 on Friday from our Kitchen at Macknade in Faversham (or after 3.30 and on Saturday from Macknade Deli). Delivery to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury between 3 and 7 on Friday evening.
