New for 2021 join us for Eat The Seasons. A monthly one hour Zoom class focussed on making the most of the food that's around us at the time.
Expect Fruit and Flower Syrups, Fermenting Basics, Pickles, Quick Jams and Compotes, Infused Vinegars and Spirits and more.
We'll be kicking off in February 18th with all the lovely winter veg and then going where the seasons take us every third Thursday of the month at 7pm. March 18th, April 15th, May 20th...
