On July 25th enjoy a bold, beautiful celebration of Indian street food – reimagined with seasonal British produce and the unmistakable Wasted Kitchen twist. Think big flavours, vibrant colours, and a feast that’s made to be shared (or not – we won’t judge).
🌶️ Loaded Chana ChaatA tangy chickpea salad layered with spiced potatoes, tamarind chutney, crunchy toppings and fresh herbs. Zingy, punchy and full of texture – the ultimate flavour bomb.
🍆 Roast Spiced Vegetable Curry with Yoghurt Chaat DrizzleRoasted summer veg simmered in warming Indian spices, finished with a cooling yoghurt chaat dressing. Rich, aromatic and totally soul-satisfying.
🌰 Masala Spices & Crunchy BitsA savoury, snackable sprinkle of toasted noodles, nuts, seeds and crispy onions – perfect for topping your curry or just eating by the handful.
🍓 Summer Berry, Pistachio, Rosewater & Saffron MessSoft berries, crushed pistachios, whipped cream and golden saffron , tumbled together with a hint of rosewater. A twist on the British Eton Mess – sweet, floral, creamy and completely joyful.
This menu will be made with dairy-free and gluten-free ingredients except for the Summer Berry Mess.
