June 21st - Midsummer Italian Feast

This Friday is Midsummer and we'll be marking it with a delicious midsummer Italian feast, featuring Aubergine Parmigiana (using Renato from Macknade's recipe!), alongside Giardiniera Pickles, Creamy White Beans & Greens, topped off with a shaved fennel & lemon salad. Hoping the weather will behave for the longest day of the year so you can sit outside with a glass of something cool and enjoy! 

 On this week's Midsummer menu:

  • Kent Giardiniera Pickled Veg
  • Renato's Aubergine Parmigiana
  • Creamy White Beans & Greens
  • Shaved Fennel & Zesty Lemon Salad

Order for two, four, six or more. 

All our food is made from scratch with as much surplus, seasonal and larder produce as possible and packed in a returnable dabba tin for subscribers and home compostable cardboard for one off orders. Chilled and ready to heat or pop in the fridge/ freezer for later.

Collection between 2.30 and 3.30 on Friday from our Kitchen at Macknade in Faversham. Delivery to Faversham, Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury between 3 and 7 on Friday evening.
