On Friday 11th October, we will be creating a delicious selection of dishes celebrating Iraqi cuisine. Each dish is crafted with bold spices and fresh ingredients, promising a flavourful adventure that will excite your tastebuds! On the menu

  • Iraqi Croquettes – A crunchy exterior that gives way to a soft, flavourful interior,   these croquettes are a savoury and satisfying bite.

  • Tofu Salona –  A flavourful Iraqi stew that blends tender tofu with a rich, spiced tomato-based sauce.

  • Torshi (Pickles)  – A a vibrant and tangy traditional Iraqi pickled vegetable dish.
  • Bulgur Mujadara – A hearty and nutritious dish with bulgur wheat, that beautifully combines the earthy flavours of lentils and aromatic spices.

Our menus are always inspired by the best surplus, seasonal, and pantry ingredients available that week, ensuring every meal is fresh and sustainable.

Order by Thursday for Friday’s Feast, packed in home-compostable cardboard, ready to heat or store for later. Available for 2, 4, 6, or more.

Collection from 2.45 on Friday from our Kitchen at Macknade in Faversham (or after 3.30 and on Saturday from Macknade Deli). Delivery to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury between 3 and 7 on Friday evening.
