• Kitchen Hummous topped w Hodemedod English Fava Beans and Pistachio Dukkah.
• Vegetable Tagine with preserved lemons & olives:  A warm, aromatic Moroccan-inspired stew with slow-cooked vegetables, bursting with earthy flavours and subtle sweetness.  
• Winter Jewelled Cous Cous with nuts, raisins, fresh herbs & spices:  A vibrant dish of light, fluffy couscous, studded with dried fruits, toasted nuts, fresh herbs, and aromatic spices.  
• Turmeric & Cumin pickles: Crisp, tangy, and bursting with flavour, these pickles add the perfect crunch.
