You will need
Apple Cider or White Wine Vinegar – 500ml
Elderflower Heads – 5 heads
Pick them on a warm sunny morning for best results!
Trim the flowers from the heads - we use scissors and cut as close as we can to the whit flowers
Pop into vinegar and leave overnight
Strain through a muslin or clean tea towel
Pour into a bottle.
