We're BBC Food & Farming Awards Finalists!

As if being on the Radio 4 Food Programme was not enough - we are super excited that the news is in that we are also finalists in the @bbcfoodprog Food and Farming Awards. This is extremely special for us because to get here we were nominated by you amazing lot. It also gives us a platform to show that getting surplus, wonky and seasonal back onto plates is the way forward - and means that all the work we put in and the support from our partners, suppliers and customers is worth it!

 BBC Food Programme presenter Leyla Kazim and producer Nina Pullman visited us at our Kitchen at @macknade to talk all things food waste, how we work and why we are so passionate about reconnecting people with their food and showing we can get surplus and seasonal back onto plates commercially. And the episode is officially live!
