Managing Your Subscription

Your subscription allows us to plan ahead and focus on creating delicious food and beverages. We prioritise sourcing locally and seasonally while minimizing waste. This not only helps us provide you with excellent products now but also serves as a foundation to enhance our offerings in the future.
Managing your subscription and making changes is easy.
1. SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIBE
If you haven't done so already, you'll need to create an account on the Wasted Kitchen website. Simply click on the 'Manage Subscription' link provided in your order confirmation email.

2. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT
That's great! You're already a member—congrats! To manage your subscription, just click on the membership icon on our website and sign in. Thanks for being part of the fam; we’re thrilled to have you with us!
3. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
From there, you'll be directed to an order history page. Click on the 'Manage Subscription’ button.
4. YOUR MENU
This will take you to your Subscription Management Menu. This is your dashboard for managing everything to do with your subscription.
5. MANAGING YOUR ORDER
In 'Manage Upcoming Orders,' you get a sneak peek at your upcoming orders, and hey, you can even skip orders if needed.
Quick tip: if you do plan to skip an order, the earlier, the better! Ideally, by Tuesday before your weekly subscription payment is processed is fantastic – but we get it, life happens. For those subscribed weekly, your order payment will be processed every week on the same day.
