🥥 Coconut Rice & PeasCreamy coconut rice with red kidney beans, thyme and gentle warming spices. Comforting and deeply satisfying.
🥒 Courgette & Kohlrabi Green 'Papaya' SaladWe’re taking the classic green papaya salad and given it a Kentish twist – swapping tropical papaya for seasonal courgette and crunchy kohlrabi. Fresh, zingy and full of texture – the perfect balance of crisp, bright and bold.
🍍 Grilled Fruit Skewers with Hinxden Rum CaramelDelicious seasonal fruit dredged in demerara sugar and served with a cheeky side of rum caramel made with Hinxden Dairy cream.
This menu will be made with dairy-free and gluten-free ingredients except for the rum caramel which will have dairy ingredients.
