Game Changing End Of The Jar Peanut Dressing Recipe
Got some peanut butter at the bottom of the jar/ want to make your own delicious peanut dressing that makes EVERYTHING taste amazing? Here's our easy Asian Peanut Dressing/ Peanut Butter Hack!
Put a tablespoon of peanut butter in a heat proof bowl (or leave it in the jar if your getting to the end of it). Pour a couple of tablespoons of boiling water in, give it a good mix. Tadah! The heat loosens it up the butter and gives you a delicious peanutty mix - and no clagging! This also works with tahini, almond butter, seed butters etc
Then add sesame oil, light soy sauce and grated ginger if you've got them, rice or cider vinegar, chilli if you want it, maple syrup or honey if you like it sweet.
Going more Thai or Malaysian? Add coconut milk. Pop it in a jar, give it a shake and pour all over your cucumber, noodle, carrot, green salad or stir fry. Sit back, eat it and wish you'd made a whole load more! This will sit in the fridge for a couple of weeks or about 2 seconds if it's in my house.
If you're wondering, we use crunchy but we're not going to think any less of you for using smooth... Honestly.
