Let's Talk About Chard Baby - May, Eat The Seasons

If you're a veg grower you are probably wondering what to do with all your chard right now... And if you're not you should pick some up because it is in glut, it is really easy to use and it's good for you.

Sadly we rarely see chard in supermarkets but ask neighbours with allotments/ veg patches or head to a farmers market or farm shop and you'll find some.

How To Use Chard

We use baby leaves in salads, wilt bigger leaves and serve them as a side (like spinach), pop chopped or torn leaves into curries, stews and omelettes, frittatas, farinatas and fritters.
