Purple Sprouting Hack
I looove purple sprouting but it can go floppy and noone likes floppy sprouting. Here's our tips
1. Lightly steam it as soon as you get home. Drizzle it in olive oil, give it a pinch of salt and stash in the fridge to eat as a snack/ cold side or in another recipe later on - see Stilton & Sprouting Quiche!
2. Haven't got time to do that. Pop it in a jug with some water, just like flowers, and it will keep it fresh for a few days.
