• Mexican Rice - a vibrant and flavourful side dish  featuring a combination of soft, fluffy grains and zesty seasoning.
• Refried Beans & Pink Onions - delicious and hearty dish that combines creamy, savoury refried beans with the bright, tangy flavour of pickled pink onions.
• Slow Roast Mole Veg Stew with Tajin, Chilli & Lime Powder-  a rich, aromatic hearty stew featuring an assortment of slow-roasted vegetables simmered in a velvety mole sauce and finished with a sprinkle of Tajin.
• Baked Cheesecake with Dulce De Leche - an indulgent and creamy dessert that combines the richness of classic cheesecake with the luxurious sweetness of dulce de leche. Refried Beans & Pink Onions

Collection from 2.45 on Friday from our Kitchen at Macknade in Faversham (or after 3.30 and on Saturday from Macknade Deli). Delivery to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury between 3 and 7 on Friday evening.
