Join us on January 3rd and head off to Malaysia for a Yee Sang New Year Prosperity Feast!

Yee Sang is a vibrant Malaysian New Year dish, symbolising abundance, prosperity, and good fortune. Tangy, crunchy and delicious. A selection of ingredients are tossed together at the table by diners while making wishes for the new year.  Ours will be served with a delicious peanut curry.

On the Menu:

• Shredded winter veg including carrot and radish with noodles and red cabbage for a burst of colour and crunch.
• Fresh coriander and spring onions, crispy fried shallots, toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts and fried wonton strips 
• A lime juice and soy sauce dressing, with ginger, a hint of sesame oil and five-spice powder.

Collection from 2.45 on Friday from our Kitchen at Macknade in Faversham (or after 3.30 and on Saturday from Macknade Deli). Delivery to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury between 3 and 7 on Friday evening.
