Five Minute Breakfast - Eggs Fried In Olive Oil w SauerKraut On Toast

Super easy, super tasty!  One of my favourite breakfasts is eggs fried in olive oil on sourdough or seedy bread topped with sauerkraut.

Why Olive Oil

I fry my eggs in olive oil because it gives them a crispy edge that you just don't get with other oils or butter.  

Once you've fried your eggs pop them onto toast and top with whatever kraut is in the fridge.  

Less than five minutes to prepare. Includes protein and fermented veg.
